ATLANTA, GA. Dancing with the Stars Judge, Derek Hough, has tested positive for COVID-19 in a breakthrough case. Hough is fully vaccinated and is taking steps to keep those closest to him safe. He shares he is quarantining and that his Las Vegas show will be rescheduled.

LOS ANGELES (KNX) — 'Dancing With the Stars' judge Derek Hough announced he tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19.

Hough, who is fully vaccinated, announced the news in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday.

"I feel ok, I feel strong," he told his three million followers. "But I'm currently taking advice from medical professionals, doing everything I can to get better as fast as I can."

Hough said he is currently quarantining and his shows at The Venetian in Las Vegas will be rescheduled.

The news comes one week before the 'Dancing With the Stars' season finale, which is set for Nov. 22.
