If your idea of the perfect dog includes plenty of cuddles, belly rubs and a companion who wants to stay by your side, Baby Bailey may be the one.
Baby Bailey is this week’s Furry Friend Friday spotlight from LifeLine Animal Project. The gentle and affectionate pup has become known for her love of human connection, sometimes even pausing in the middle of a walk just to look up at her person and ask for a little extra attention.
Her cuddle game is especially strong. Bailey enjoys curling into laps, flopping over for belly rubs and burrowing underneath blankets for cozy naps.
Bailey is more than a professional snuggler. She is smart, eager to please and a quick learner who enjoys picking up new skills. She walks nicely on a leash, handles being leashed well and takes care of business quickly once she gets outside.
Bailey has also shown a caring nature around children, making her a potential companion for a family looking to add a loving four-legged member to the household.
Baby Bailey is currently available for adoption through LifeLine Animal Project at the Community Animal Center, 3180 Presidential Drive in Chamblee.
No appointment is necessary to meet Bailey or the hundreds of other adoptable pets at the shelter.
For additional information, potential adopters can email adoptions@lifelineanimal.org or call 404-292-8800.
Baby Bailey is ready for a home, a best friend and, preferably, a very comfortable blanket.
