This week’s Furry Friend Friday features Champion, a lovable pup from LifeLine Animal Project who is ready to find a family of his own.

Don’t let his name fool you, Champion is a total softy! This sweet dog loves exploring his surroundings with his nose to the ground, taking in all the new smells around him. When he’s not adventuring, Spike enjoys relaxing with his favorite people and soaking up plenty of cuddles.

Volunteers say Champion has a special way of connecting with people. He’ll give you the cutest puppy-dog eyes when he’s hoping for a treat, and once he feels comfortable, he loves resting his head on your chest while gazing up at you.

Champion also has a unique look, with a thin white strip of fur running across his back that almost looks like a little belt holding up his beautiful brindle coat.
