10. Miley Cyrus - Flowers
Despite dropping all the way back in January 2023, Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” still got some serious airplay in the second year since its release. Showcasing the Endless Summer Vacation lead single in an unforgettable performance at the 2024 GRAMMYs, Miley gave brand new life to the already popular track. And after coming in at No.1 on last year Audacy’s Most Played Song list, the empowering self-love single maintained enough hit power to grasp onto a spot in our list for 2024, landing at No. 10.

9. Taylor Swift - Cruel Summer
The track, which was originally released on Swift’s 2019 album Lover, and peaked at No. 3 on the Hot 100, regained a new kind of prominence due to the superstar's Eras Tour and subsequent film. The song, which ended up reaching the No. 1 spot in October 2023, has become Tay Tay’s longest charting hit, continuing to get airplay four years after its initial release and landing at No. 9 on our 2024 Top Songs list.

8. Luke Combs - Fast Car
Another familiar track, is Luke Combs’ contemporary cover of Tracy Chapman’s 1988 hit “Fast Car.” Nearly one year after Combs paid tribute to Chapman with the cover, the duo came together on music’s biggest stage, to perform a heart-warming duet of the hit at the 2024 GRAMMYs. Maintaining its popularity and airplay power since its arrival on his 2023 album, Gettin’ Old, the track has found it’s place on our end of the year round up for the second year in a row, moving from No. 6 in 2023 to No. 8 on our list of 2024 Top Songs.

7. Rema & Selena Gomez - Calm Down
Also maintaining a spot on this year’s list, jumping from the No. 3 spot in 2023 to No.7 in 2024, is Rema’s remix of “Calm Down” featuring Selena Gomez. After Rema’s original solo version of the song made waves in the Afrobeat scene, the Nigerian musician felt he needed a female voice to elevate the track, and SelGo was the perfect fit. Since its release in August 2022, the record has become the most successful Afrobeat song of all time — collecting records for being the first Afrobeats song to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s weekly Radio Chart, the longest-charting African song on the Hot 100, and most-streamed Afrobeats song in history, just to name a few.

6. Post Malone & Morgan Wallen - I Had Some Help
Calling in some help for a feature from Country superstar Morgan Wallen, who also co-wrote on the tune. “I Had Some Help,” the lead single off Posty’s latest album, F1 Trillion, marked his long awaited, official arrival into Country music after he’d teased his interest in experimenting with the genre. After arriving in May, the track went on to lead the Billboard weekly chart for 14 weeks from June 8 through September 7, earning itself the title of "Song of the Summer" by the outlet, and because of its continued success, pulled up at No. 6 on our 2024 Top Songs.

5. Jack Harlow - Lovin On Me
Released in November 2023 as a standalone single, “Lovin On Me,” took no time to become a major hit. After a clip of the song went viral on TikTok ahead of its release, it made its way to the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. And while Jack went MIA from the music scene after dropping the track, not to return until rather recently, the vibey track was such a smash we had to bump it all year long, landing it at No. 5 on our 2024 Most Played Songs.

4. Benson Boone - Beautiful Things
After teasing the track on TikTok, Benson Boone dropped “Beautiful Things” in January 2024, as the lead single off his debut album, Fireworks & Rollerblades. Instantly turning the former American Idol contestant into a breakout star, the chart-topping hit with its vocal power chorus and emotive verses had us flipping to put this song on repeat, landing the track at No. 4 on this year’s Top Songs list.

3. Shaboozey - A Bar Song (Tipsy)
With it’s lively fiddle, Western vibes, and mainstream crossover appeal, Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” has become the unexpected smash of 2024. The track, which interpolates J-Kwon's 2004 single “Tipsy,” has not only claimed the title of longest-running number one song on the Hot 100 chart, but has also spent 25 weeks atop the Hot Country Songs chart. This song has been literally everywhere since it's arrival in April, and now it’s No. 3 on our 2024 Top Songs List.

2. Hozier - Too Sweet
Both a TikTok sensation and a certified hit, Hozier’s “Too Sweet” is one of the most consumed songs of 2024 across a multitude of genres — full stop. And therefore needs no further explanation as to why it’s No. 2 on our 2024 Top Songs list.

1. Teddy Swims - Lose Control
After debuting at No. 99 following it’s June 2023 release, “Lose Control” climbed its way to the top, peaking at No. 1 in March 2024. After the 32-week climb, which btw is longest consecutive climb to number one of all time, the song spent 45 weeks in the Top 10. Ending the year at the top of our list, and a few others, including Billboard'2024 Year-End Hot 100 Songs chart, it’s clear we, and everybody else, couldn’t get enough of Teddy’s soulful smash.
