Following in Kylie Jenner’s footsteps, Iggy Azalea has managed to keep her entire pregnancy a secret.
While the internet did as the the internet does, speculations of Iggy’s pregnancy swirled around throughout the last few months. However, the Australian born rapper remained mum (pun completely intended), that is, until today.
Iggy broke her silence through an Instagram story revealing “I have a son. I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.”
The “Fancy” singer went on to write, “I want to make his life private, but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret and I love him beyond words.”
Iggy really did the most to try and keep pregnancy a personal experience. In April, she shot down rumors that she and Playboi Carti had welcomed their first child. “It would be so great if you stopped paying any mind to random tea pages,” she tweeted at the time. And now another rumor the Aussie is denying is her engagement to Carti, despite the diamond ring she wears.
Let’s just say we’re not not believing her on this one. Either way, it’s Iggy’s business and we’ll know when she wants us to know.
