On multiple occasions throughout the House of Gucci press tour Lady Gaga divulged some steamy tea about a love scene, involving her and Salma Hayek, that never made it into the film. Now, Salma’s confirming what we’ve all been wondering since (but like not in a weird way or whatever). If she in fact thinks Lady G is a “good kisser?” the answer btw is yes.

During one of her many promotional stops on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Gaga admitted they took some creative liberty and filmed kissing. Gaga, who plays real-life Patrizia Reggiani in the Ridley Scott-directed film, said the moment happens after their characters get a phone call informing them that their assassination attempt on Reggiani's ex-husband Maurizio Gucci was successful, which they celebrate with a surprise smooch.
While Gaga also admitted there’s no proof of it, Hayek did confirm the kiss happened during her own talk show circuit, and then on the SAG Awards red carpet she confirmed a bit more.
During an interview with Variety’s Marc Malkin, Hayek was asked what her most fun day on set was, which she responded to with a quickness. “OK, I have to say this — the day that Gaga kissed me was… but of course, I couldn’t say before because they took it out of the movie, but now that the cat’s out of the bag, I have to say it was pretty fun because it was completely unexpected and she’s a genius… and a good kisser.”
Hayek noted the kiss was not in the script and was improvised by Gaga, saying she walked across the room and “absolutely” went for it. Noting, “It was thrilling because all her choices were always so interesting.”
