AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Members of the Austin Police Department and the greater Austin community came together Monday morning to lay a fallen officer to rest.
The memorial service for APD Senior Officer Lewis "Andy" Traylor was held Monday morning at Shoreline Church in north Austin, following a funeral procession from Central Austin along North Lamar Boulevard, US 183, and MoPac.
Full law enforcement honors for Traylor followed the service.
