A massive tornado, possibly even a mile wide, touched down in far west Texas Monday night.
Reports say the twister near Morton in Cochran County was tracked for miles by amateur storm-chasers who posted numerous photos and videos on social media.
The funnel touched down in a very rural, lightly populated area between Morton and Muleshoe so there were no structures in the way and no injuries were reported.
