Texans trade Laremy Tunsil to Washington Commanders for draft picks

The Texans are trading five-time Pro Bowl left tackle Laremy Tunsil to the Washington Commanders for a bevy of draft picks.

In the deal, Houston gets a second-round and fourth-round pick next year, plus a third-round pick this year from Washington. The Texans are sending the Commanders a fourth-rounder with Tunsil.

This trade ends a six-season run for Tunsil with the Texans. He was named to the Pro Bowl in five of those six seasons, all of them except for 2021 when he was injured most of the season.
