Ray Charles wandered the streets in the darkness, cars whizzing by, narrowly escaping a cruel and painful fate who knows how many times ... He had no reason to trust but melted into the arms of his rescuer. It was immediately obvious something was wrong, Rays eyes were cloudy, red and irritated. He was so full of infection in his body that he had gone completely blind. Yes, this boy was cast out unable to see at all.
He could have had an enucleation but I Heart decided to get him to specialist and see what could be done. After MONTHS of medication, eye drops and care RAY CAN NOW SEE.
He's a sweet, happy boy that is healthy and awaiting his new life (with eye drops for the foreseeable future).
