Drew Brees had brutally honest reaction watching Saints offense on 'Manning Cast'

Even Drew Brees was left scratching his head during moments of the Saints’ 13-10 sloppy win over the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.

The former NFL quarterback was on ESPN2’s “Manning Cast” where talked shop with the Manning brothers while they watched the fourth quarter of the game together.

Brees did his best to avoid criticism or get too in-depth of breaking down the Saints offense, but one play left the former quarterback slip an unfiltered thought on-air — a sentiment many other fans likely shared.

As the Saints were in the red zone late in the fourth quarter, Jameis Winston air-mailed a ball over the head of three receivers in the same area of the end zone.

“What are you doing” Brees quipped.

It’s unclear if Brees’ frustration was directed at Winston, the receivers or the play-calling, but his honest reaction had fans and many laughing and nodding their head in agreement on social media.

The Saints eventually settled for a field goal with 1:56 remaining to take the lead and hold onto the win, but it was definitely not the prettiest of victories.
