Survey says Cowboys, Patriots fans (and Tom Brady) are biggest complainers

Every NFL fan base has something to complain about, but some maybe more than others.

According to a fan survey of more than 2,000 football fans by showed that fans of the Dallas Cowboys are viewed as the biggest complainers in the NFL, with New England Patriots fans ranking second.

The respondents of the survey, which was conducted in October 2021, also added complaining about the referees was the most annoying habit of both fan bases.

In fact, the survey consisted of a full ranking of all 32 teams with most teams receiving complaining about the referees as their worst habit, however, there were some outliers.

Jets fans, which ranked fifth in the survey, had complaining about coaches or coaching as their worst habit while Bears and Browns fans, ranked eighth and ninth, respectively, received using a “victim mentality” as their worst habit.

In addition to fans complaining, the survey also polled which quarterbacks and coaches were the biggest complainers.

Bucs QB Tom Brady took the top spot while his former head coach, Bill Belichick, was No. 1 among coaches.

Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger, Baker Mayfield and Patrick Mahomes rounded out the QB voting while Pete Carroll, Urban Meyer, Mike McCarthy and John Harbaugh were top 5 among coaches.
