Awadd on Tuesday made his television debut on WJLA 24/7 News (formerly known as News Channel 8) thanks to an invite from show host Erin Hawksworth.

Adam brought up several quality points. For example:

  • The Redskins offense needs "longevity drives."
  • The Redskins will be successful in 2018 "if the offense can get 17 points a game."

"If the offense scores 17 a game, that's putrid," Eric Bickel rebuked his video producer on The Junkies Wednesday morning. "They're gonna win four games, tops."

"They're gonna go 0-16," Valdez chimed in.

In 2017, 17 points per game would have ranked 29th in scoring. The Dolphins, who averaged 17.6 points, finished 6-10. The 27th-ranked Broncos, who averaged 18.1 points, finished 5-11.

Adam would clarify to The Junkies that he was only referring to "offense points."

"I'm stunned every day by how stupid you are," Bickel said.

The fine people over at SportsTalk were in love with Adam, apparently. According to him: "The producer and her were all like, 'We gotta get you back, all the time.'"

"I thought he was great! He wasn't nervous and he was very impressive," Hawksworth told me when reached for comment. "Definitely knows his stuff."
