The NFL Draft means that football season has begun!
A new season, new players, and new hope, too. Anything can happen and it all begins tonight with the 2019 NFL Draft.
1. Arizona Cardinals - Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
The Cardinals take a quarterback in the first round of the NFL Draft for the second year in a row with the Heisman Trophy winner. Though diminutive in stature there's no denying Murray has big-time talent.
2. San Francisco 49ers - Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
3. New York Jets - Quinnen Williams, DE, Alabama
The Jets attempted to trade this pick, but, reportedly, couldn't find a partner. And they get one of the top defensive linemen in a stacked draft class for linemen. The Redskins were rumored to be a possible partner.

6. New York Giants - Daniel Jones, QB, Duke
The Redskins' NFC East rivals go with a quarterback and future replacement for Eli Manning.

9. Buffalo Bills - Ed Oliver, DT, Houston
10. Pittsburgh Steelers - Devin Bush, LB, Michigan (Traded up with from Denver Broncos)
The first trade of the first round took a while to arrive.
11. Cincinnati Bengals - Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
The second player selected in the first round from one of the Redskins' favorite places to shop for talent: Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
12. Green Bay Packers - Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan
13. Miami Dolphins - Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson
14. Atlanta Falcons - Chris Lindstrom, OG, Boston College
15. Washington Redskins - Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
The Redskins get their man in quarterback Dwayne Haskins and they didn't have to move.
16. Carolina Panthers - Brian Burns, DE, Florida State
17. New York Giants - Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
18. Minnesota Vikings -Garret Bradbury, C, NC State
19. Tennessee Titans - Jeffrey Simmons, DT, Mississippi State
20. Denver Broncos - Noah Fant, TE, Iowa (Trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers)
21. Green Bay Packers, Darnell Savage, S, Maryland (Traded up with the Seattle Seahawks)
22. Philadelphia Eagles - Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State (Traded up with the Baltimore Ravens)
23. Houston Texans - Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State.
24. Oakland Raider - Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
25. Baltimore Ravens - Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma (Trade with Philadelphia Eagles)
26. Washington Redskins - Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State (Traded up with Indianapolis Colts, Redskins deal 2nd-round pick (No. 46) in 2019 and their 2nd-round pick in 2020.)
