If you wanted high drama in Game 6 of Capitals vs. Hurricanes, well then you're getting your wish.

Jonas Siegenthaler's first big mistake of the series, in his 3rd game, results in a game-tying goal for the #Canes. Aho made a great play to hit his stick/hand and force a turnover.

Neither team scored again in the middle frame, the Caps coming close twice in the closing seconds via John Carlson and Tom Wilson, respectively.

John Carlson and Tom Wilson some great opportunities late. Willy off the deflection/crossbar. Carlson was bested by Mrazek in a 4-on-4 situation/break-in. #Caps #Canes tied 2-2 at end of 2.

The 2-2 scoreline sets up what should be a fun, terrifying third period, the Caps just 20 minutes away from either advancing to the second round or heading back home for Game 7.

Gird your loins, Caps fans.
