The 2019 Washington Nationals are a frustrating bunch: The bullpen, the base running, the managerial decisions, the strikeouts looking, the bullpen, the poor defense, the injuries, the runners left on base, and the bullpen, again.
Understandably, Nats fans are exasperated beyond belief.
