Give rookie Derrius Guice a lot of credit: he has endeared himself to D.C. sports fans before ever taking a snap in the NFL.
Shortly after being drafted by the Washington Redskins (second round, 59th overall pick), the running back arranged for fans to watch Avengers: Infinity War at a movie theater in Ashburn, Va. He covered the costs and provided everyone with a signed rookie card.
Movie night with the fans is currently awesome. ✊---- thanks to @AlamoDC for the hospitality!!! pic.twitter.com/H0NKgrwCpC

May 22, 2018 Now, at a time when he is still trying to make the best impression on his new coaches during OTA's, Guice made it downtown to support the Washington Capitals at the Capital One Arena.
Good for him, and hopefully he can also back it up on the field.
