Oh, the places you'll go...and see Lord Stanley's Cup.
After winning the Cup in Las Vegas on Thursday night, Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals gave the Stanley Cup quite the introduction to Washington, D.C.
Here is an overview of all the places that the Cup visited, and every conceivable use for it along the way:

— Bar South N Celly™ (@BarSouthNCelly) June 11, 2018Sunday: A Day of Rest
The big footage coming out Sunday was Alex Ovechkin standing near a grill that is definitely on fire (and not in a good way), swaying back and forth and singing We Are the Champions, as he has for the last 72 hours. It's actually pretty amazing as a compilation:
This might be the single best Caps video to date, which is no small thing. (Via @NatsSquid) pic.twitter.com/oTTnHZ1mQt
— Dan Steinberg (@dcsportsbog) June 11, 2018However, it looks like the Cup itself finally got a day of rest, even if Ovechkin and the team are still partying.
The weekend might be over, but you can still expect to see the Cup travel all around the world over the next several months.
On Monday, the night before the victory parade through downtown D.C., Ovechkin and Braden Holtby will be on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, no doubt carrying the Cup with them.
What would you do with the cup? A few of you chimed in while Chris Russell was on the air on Sunday:
This is actually pretty light based on tonight's response ..but what a #StanleyCup championship does for the phones on a Sunday night in June from "America's Hockey Capital" @1067theFan #ALLCAPS #ItsNotAFreakingDream #CapsAreStanleyCupChamps pic.twitter.com/z2dXkaUCBQ
