VIDEO: Alex Ovechkin makes two kids' days

Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin is down two hockey sticks this weekend, but it was well worth it.

On Saturday, while playing in Calgary, Ovechkin encountered two young Capitals fans and each left with a stick and a priceless memory.

The first was after the win, when Ovechkin found a kid in the first row wearing Caps gear. There are no words to describe this face:

The second was in the hallway with Aydin, a kid in a wheelchair that greeted the players as they returned, victorious, from the ice:

The video was reposted on Nastya Ovechkin, Alex's wife's Instagram account with the caption (translated by the fine folks at Russian Machine Never Breaks):

"I probably watched these videos from today’s game 100 times and every time I tear up. PS – I will never stop admiring your kindness and humanity, @aleksandrovechkinofficial."

For anyone worried about his supply of sticks, please don't. RMNB also points out that Ovechkin brings 18 sticks on the road with him, while most of his mortal teammates bring around six.
