March 13, 2018 The 26-year-old corner has been a bit of a mixed bag in four seasons with the Redskins. With eight interceptions, 59 passes defensed and seven forced fumbles, Breeland certainly showed play-making abilities, but often struggled emotionally, most notably expressing frustration when the Redskins signed Josh Norman in 2016. Breeland tallied one interception -- with a 96-yard return for a touchdown -- 19 passes defensed and 37 tackles in 2017.
The Redskins selected Breeland in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL draft (Clemson).
