All good things must come to an end eventually.
Gerardo Parra, the man who brought joy to the lives of Washington Nationals fans with his "Baby Shark" walk-up music, is off to his next team.
Parra has agreed to a contract with the Yomiuri Giants, the Central League champions in Japan. The outfielder will get a guaranteed $2 million to join the Nippon Professional Baseball outfit, per The Washington Post.
There's no stat sheet on the planet that could properly quantify what Gerardo Parra meant to this club.
