The Washington Redskins play their final preseason game Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens at FedEx Field and former first-round draft pick Josh Doctson won't be playing.
Does that mean the wide receiver will definitely make the team? Or could it mean his fate has already been decided?
"Josh is still so supremely talented that he is better than Robert Davis. He is better than Steven Sims. I think depending upon who you ask, he is better than Cam Sims," Hoffman said. "I don't want to sound like I'm defending Doctson as some awesome player or that he a hundred percent should make this roster, but I think that he probably should."
