Safety Montae Nicholson got the Redskins off to the strong defensive start they were looking for against the Bengals.
With the Bengals in the red zone 11:43 into the first quarter, Cincinnati's Andy Dalton unleashed a pass towards the end zone -- intended for running back Trayveon Williams -- that Daron Payne tipped at the line. Nicholson was there to scoop up the wobbling pass at the 4-yard line and found a direct route to the opposite end zone, for a 96-yard pick-six.
