The Washington Redskins have released wide receiver Cam Sims Saturday, according to multiple media reports.
Sims tweeted, then deleted, a hand waving emoji before his release.
Sims went undrafted in 2018 and signed with the team as a free agent. He was considered on the bubble. Sims is still looking for his first NFL catch.
ESPN's John Keim was the first to report the news of Sims' release.
