Andrew Luck will be without a key blocker when the Colts visit the Redskins for their Week 2 clash Sunday, as left tackle Anthony Castonzo has been ruled out for the second straight week with a right hamstring injury.

September 14, 2018 Castonzo has started 105 games at left tackle since Indianapolis drafted him in 2011. He recently suffered a "minor setback" from the lingering hamstring issue that kept him out for the preseason and the Colts' Week 1 loss to the Bengals.
While no one should celebrate an injury, Castonzo's absence could provide a boost to a Redskins pass rush that came under some criticism after Washington's Week 1 win over the Cardinals.
The Redskins sacked Arizona quarterback Sam Bradford just twice, neither Ryan Kerrigan or Preston Smith recording a tackle or a sack last Sunday. But with Castonzo out, Washington's edge rushers should have opportunities to put the pressure on Luck Sunday.
In addition, the Colts will be without veteran defensive linemen Denico Autry, sidelined by an ankle injry. Autry made four tackles (one solo, three assisted) as a member of the Raiders against the Redskins last season.
As for
Washington's injury report, safety Troy Apke has been ruled out for Week 2 with a hamstring injury, while Zach Brown (oblique), Maurice Harris (concussion) and Paul Richardson (shoulder) are all questionable. Richardson picked up his injury last week in Arizona, but Jay Gruden expects him to be ready for the matchup with the Colts.
