Grant & Danny's 2024 Thanksgiving Food Draft once again brings Danny Rouhier controversy
In the 2023 Grant & Danny Show Thanksgiving Food Draft, Danny Rouhier – who claims he is ‘funny’ in his social media handles – brought chaos to the proceedings when he selected prime rib, which no one who isn’t a cattle farmer has ever eaten for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Alas, the guys let it slide in the end because it was the final pick…but Danny came back with a vengeance in 2024, this time making the third round his rulebreaker with this selection: Ducken?
Well, TURducken, actually, but turkey was already off the board courtesy of Grant’s first-round pick, so Danny decided to get wild:
“It’s turducken, but I don’t cut the turkey part. Just duck, and chicken – if there was a fancy way to combine those two words, that’s what it is,” Danny said
Grant, Ryan, and Darris all protested, so Danny whipped out his trump card: ‘I don’t care!’
Eventually, GP – who took dark meat turkey in 2023 and then took all of turkey this year, proving he also has a little cheater in him – let it slide in the interest of the fact that the bit was taking the full 3 p.m. hour as is, and they continued on, with Danny later trying to get the selection known by its legal name of Turducken without the Turkey and Grant trying to kibosh it again.
It was a trade-filled (and trade offer-filled) draft that saw poor Darris get caught with a carb bomb of a plate and some other shenanigans…so take a look at the list below, and listen to the whole hour above!
