Angels outfielder Jo Adell gave a young baseball fan a memory he'll likely never forget at Camden Yards in Baltimore on Wednesday night.

The sweet scene began when, according to a social media user, Adell tossed a ball toward the fan, who was sat in the left-field stands -- but the ball accidentally knocked a drink out of the youngster's hand.

Apparently looking send the fan home with a better memory, Adell was later seen dashing out to the wall with a souvenir bat in hand -- replete with his autograph -- when the Angels were taking the field before the Orioles' next turn at-bat.

The awesome moment when Adell handed over the bat was caught on camera by a nearby spectator, and the fan in question, a Maryland middle school student, later confirmed the episode, posting a cool snap of himself posing with Adell and his new gift. He even called Adell his "new favorite player."

Adell, 22, was called up for his second stint in the majors leagues earlier this month, after a cup of coffee with the Halos last season. The former first-round draft pick has been near the top of prospect lists for at least a couple years, and, if nothing else, seems to have won over a fan for life.
