Florida QB Anthony Richardson is one of the most intriguing names heading into the 2023 NFL Draft.
His stock seems to be rising following an impressive pro day and he is reportedly slated to meet with six teams this month — the Las Vegas Raiders, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens, according to Josina Anderson of CBS Sports.
One of those teams could find themselves with a franchise quarterback and future star in Richardson, if you buy into what some analysts are saying.
The Locked On NFL Draft podcast recently featured The Draft Network’s lead analyst Keith Sanchez and national scout Damian Parson, both of whom see lots of potential in Richardson.

“I think this kid probably has a top-two arm in the league,” Parson said. “This kid’s arm talent is elite. To see the throws off platform, the power he can generate, the depth and distance he can generate…he can throw it through a brick wall. I think Anthony Richardson can throw it through two, back-to-back brick walls.”
Of those six teams meeting with Richardson, five of them are inside the top 10, including the Carolina Panthers, who hold the No. 1 overall pick.
But the most intriguing team might be the one picking 22nd in the draft — the Baltimore Ravens.
Lamar Jackson is currently dominating the headlines around the NFL as he looks for a new contract with significant guaranteed money as the Ravens placed the former MVP on the non-exclusive franchise tag earlier this offseason.
No team seems to be willing to meet Jackson’s demands, however.
The Jackson storyline will certainly be one to watch leading up to the draft as it could impact what the Ravens do in the draft. If they are indeed serious in finding a successor to Jackson, they may need to trade up if they believe that quarterback is Richardson.
