BMitch spent part of Friday’s show taking the pulse of the Commanders fanbase in terms of its expectations for the season, and not in terms of wins and losses. BMitch wanted the focus to be on specific parts of the roster and what will be expected from those respective units in 2024.

One caller expressed a belief that the Washington pass rush will be improved, but the secondary, an obvious problem in 2023, will continue to be an issue. But BMitch believes, if the pass rush is improved, so will the pass coverage by osmosis.

“If you’re excited about the front seven, I think the back will be better,” BMitch said. “I know people all year talked about [Emmanuel] Forbes and everyone else.
