BMitch: Why do some see Jayden Daniels' mobility as a negative?

Jayden Daniels could very well be the Commanders quarterback of the future, and BMitch doesn't understand why some would see the LSU product's dynamic speed and athleticism as a potential negative.

"It's amazing how people take the legs and make them into a negative," BMitch said. "I think everybody overlooks [the passing]. People would get these athletic quarterbacks who weren't very good at passing the ball…and still, in 2024, guys who are a true quarterback with elite athleticism, they get knocked because of that."

Mobile quarterbacks have been a source of debate for years in the NFL, and continue to be with the likes of Lamar Jackson. Sure, there have been quarterbacks who were more one-dimensional when it came to their speed, but BMitch sees Daniels as much more than a mobile quarterback, and Finlay agrees.

"I like Daniels, I like McCarthy, I like Maye. There are guys to like all over the place," Finlay said. "I do think the legs make a big difference like he explained."
