Dan Quinn talks Noah Brown addition, Jayden Daniels leadership with BMitch and Finlay
Commanders head coach Dan Quinn joined BMitch and Finlay on Thursday afternoon, and talked about the addition of wide receiver Noah Brown, who was signed on Wednesday.
"We're pumped to have him here. This is a real competitor," Quinn said. "That's how he's built. He absolutely goes for it. He's very well respected offensively and on the team side.
"We'll feature him in all the right ways to let him do his thing. We're pumped to have him here. We need glue guys like that on your team."
Quinn also touched on his young players already blossoming into leadership roles, including starting quarterback and No. 2 overall pick Jayden Daniels.
"Jayden was someone I said, 'Man, you don't have to lead, just play your position great and be an excellent teammate,'" Quinn said. "But he, in his own right, has led...to see the connections already happen with the veteran players and him - and he's got a hell of a mentor in [Marcus] Mariota too."
