After questions about his health late in the week, tackle Morgan Moses will play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 3.
The Washington tackle appeared on the injured list with a knee issue Friday and it looked like Dwayne Haskins would be down two first-choice offensive linemen Sunday after losing Brandon Scherff to an injury last week. However, Moses will play and back-up David Sharpe is inactive which indicates Washington is confident Moses will be fine.
Ron Rivera’s defense gets a boost with cornerback Kendall Fuller active for the first time in the 2020 season.
Washington’s inactives for Week 3:
QB Alex Smith
CB Danny Johnson
RB Bryce Love
LB Cole Holcomb
T David Sharpe
T Saahdiq Charles
DE James Smith-Williams
Cleveland cornerback Denzel Ward is active after being a question mark, but Olivier Vernon was named among the inactives.
WR Donovan Peoples-Jones
CB Greedy Williams
LB Jacob Phillips
DE Olivier Vernon
G Evan Brown
WR Rashard Higgins
