March 16, 2020 Diggs has indicated for some time he would like a change of scenery, and by dropping a cryptic tweet on the first day of the free-agency tampering period, he has the NFL's undivided attention.
The former Maryland standout – a fifth-round pick in 2015 – has spent his entire five-year NFL career in Minnesota since being drafted by the Vikings.
Diggs, a Maryland native, has been linked to the Redskins for some time, despite most speculation being shut down.
Haskins has made it clear he would be interested in teaming up with Diggs, as evident by his Instagram story from just 10 days ago
