Update: according to Sundberg, Hopkins did in fact get drug tested Saturday!

It wasn’t a prank. He really got tested today. #92Yarder https://t.co/264Q50h60Q

Redskins kicker Dustin Hopkins had a productive Thursday evening against the Jets, kicking five goals and scoring all of Washington's points in the Redskins' 15-13 preseason victory over New York.

However, a typo in an ESPN notification made it sound like Hopkins had also accomplished something considered humanly impossible (in reality, it was only a 28-yard field goal).

I can hardly believe I was involved in this record setting kick! I want to thank my line, @NickSundberg , and @Tress_Way #92yardFG #History pic.twitter.com/DoHchPaPiB

After the game, Redskins long snapper Nick Sundberg tweeted that his teammate will have to undergo a drug test due to the ridiculous – and false – distance of the kick.

“Random” drug test coming tomorrow. #ForTheBrand https://t.co/iT1V34NQjn

And as he predicted, Sundberg found a note on Hopkins's locker Saturday morning.
