
Morris has been dealing with neck and upper back stiffness since taking a blow to the chin during a game against the Lakers Dec. 16, reaggravating the injury 10 days later against the Pistons.
Morris went to see a specialist in Dallas, Tx. Wednesday, who diagnosed his injury. He will be limited to non-contact basketball activities for the next six weeks.
Morris has played in 34 games this season, averaging 11.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
