Baker Mayfield is no longer a co-worker with Flo and Jamie.
As noted by Schuyler Callihan of Sports Illustrated, Mayfield said in his introductory press conference with the Carolina Panthers Tuesday that he and Progressive will not continue their partnership for a fourth season.
From 2019-2021, it was impossible to watch a football game and not see a commercial from the Ohio-based insurance company featuring Mayfield. Beginning in his second season in the NFL, Progressive's "At Home With Baker Mayfield" series dominated cable in the fall, with the former No. 1 overall pick's acting skills even drawing some praise:
Our greatest active player/actor (Baker Mayfield) is in the building. He needs to coach his teammates up.

While we're likely to see less commercials with Mayfield during the 2022 season -- another Ohio quarterback figures to have quite a few -- if he bounces back in his first season with the Carolina Panthers, he'll be a hot name again when it comes time to cast ads for the 2023 season.
