Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio) - The long anticipated wait is nearly over, as the Buffalo Bills have announced the inaugural game to be played in the brand-new Highmark Stadium.

The Game is set for week two of the NFL season, the Bills will be playing the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night. This will also be Prime Video's first "Thursday Night Football" broadcast of the season.
Construction is nearing its completion as demolition is underway on the old Stadium, which the lights were turned out for good just a little while ago. As everyone knows, the new stadium will be a state-of-the-art, open-air design that get's its first showcase on a national stage with millions of viewers.
