The contest features a new format this season, with the National League and American League prospects squaring off instead of being split in a U.S.-vs.-World format.
Alzolay, 24, recently made his MLB debut and is currently on the Cubs' 25-man roster, posting a 2.08 ERA across 8 2/3 innings in two appearances.
Amaya, 20, is hitting .207 with five homers, 24 RBIs and a .692 OPS in 55 games at advanced Class-A Myrtle Beach.
Robert, 21, is hitting .357 with 15 homers, 51 RBIs and a 1.047 OPS in 67 games split between advanced Class-A and Double-A.
Madrigal, 22, is hitting .300 with two homers, 35 RBIs and a .767 OPS in 67 games split between advanced Class-A and Double-A. He has posted a .371 on-base percentage as well.
