Here are our game predictions from our on-air personalities, producers, writers and more. David Haugh, Julie DiCaro and Tony Gill are tied for the lead at 4-2.
Chris Emma (3-3): Bears 17, Chargers 14
Here's where we'll see if the Bears are more the 2018 or 2014 version of themselves. A win over the struggling Chargers is just what this team needs.
Chris Tannehill (2-4): Bears 9, Chargers 6
No team in the history of sport has ever lost following a players-only meeting. Don't bother looking it up because you know it's true.
Connor McKnight (3-3): Bears 14, Chargers 10
The Bears offense will struggle to get moving again, but Matt Nagy will commit to the run. Put me down for a Bears defensive score score too. With the Bears improving to 4-3, some will be tortured to think Mitchell Trubisky can get there. Don't bother.
Dan McNeil (2-4): Bears 23, Chargers 15
Nagy calls 24 runs and shuts us up ... for one week.
Danny Parkins (3-3): Chargers 27, Bears 20
This is the first time I've picked against the Bears all year. It just feels like they're broken, and this is the week they hit rock bottom.
David Haugh (4-2): Bears 24, Chargers 20
In a battle of NFL underachievers, the Bears will take advantage of being at home, being challenged and being the overall better team.
Herb Lawrence (2-4): Chargers 27, Bears 14
The Bears are terrible, but so are the Chargers. So whenever that's the case, I look to see who has the better quarterback. The Bears have Trubisky, and the Chargers have a future Hall of Famer in Philip Rivers. Huge advantage for the Chargers.
Jay Zawaski (2-4): Chargers 9, Bears 6
Pain.
Joe Ostrowski (1-5): Bears 17, Chargers 16
If Nagy doesn't run the ball against a Chargers defensive line that could be missing 75 percent of its starters, he trellis an idiot. But Anthony Lynn is also an idiot if he continues to use Melvin Gordon more than Austin Ekeler.
Julie DiCaro (4-2): Chargers 21, Bears 10
It's great that Mitch is focused on his footwork (not really), but last week showed us a Bears offense that's in complete disarray. A team that felt stacked across the board suddenly feels awfully thin at a host of positions.
Nick Shepkowski (2-4): Bears 31, Chargers 17
Nagy decides to run the ball. It's effective and miraculously helps calm his nervous quarterback to submit a strong performance.
Rick Camp (3-3): Bears 20, Chargers 17
I have no feel for this game. The Bears are struggling, and the Chargers are really beat up. Both offensive lines are bad — the offensive line that holds up better will be the difference.
Shane Riordan (3-3): Bears 24, Chargers 10
I don't like L.A. I don't like the state of California. And I really don't like Mitch's new fake tough guy attitude. That being said, how can Philip Rivers even begin to concentrate on winning football games when he literally has nine children?
Tony Gill (4-2): Chargers 10, Bears 6
I just can't do it, man. I can't pick the Bears. They don't deserve my trust.
