Here are our game predictions from our on-air personalities, producers, writers and more. After they each took the Chargers to beat the Bears last week, Julie DiCaro and Tony Gill sit in a first-place tie at 5-2.
Chris Emma (3-4): Eagles 24, Bears 17
The Bears are a team stuck in a spiral, and it's hard to imagine it ending in Philadelphia.
Chris Tannehill (2-5): Eagles 24, Bears 13
Like Mitchell Trubisky, I was told to watch the game tape of the Bears' loss to the Chargers last Sunday. Then our editor Cody Westerlund told me that wasn't good enough and that I had to rewatch every game from this season. Cruel and unusual punishment, no doubt. His reasoning was to find out how I could continue to be so wrong about the Bears every single week. I'll be happy to be wrong about this one, but I think this will be the death rattle of the 2019 Bears. Jordan Howard has a day and becomes Mayor of Narrative Town, USA.
Connor McKnight (3-4): Eagles 28, Bears 17
The pain continues.
Dan McNeil (2-5): Eagles 27, Bears 12
This is the type of game in which you get the opposite of what you expect. Nah. Sticking with my gut.
Danny Parkins (4-3): Eagles 24, Bears 9
Some will justify predicting a Bears win based on the Any Given Sunday nature of the NFL. Not this Sunday. The Eagles are getting healthy and the Bears are watching themselves on TV to study body language. I think this gets ugly.
David Haugh (4-3): Eagles 23, Bears 17
To say you can count on Mitchell Trubisky to come through in a hostile road environment in a must-win situation seems too much to ask of a young quarterback who's fighting his anxieties.
Herb Lawrence (3-4): Bears 30, Eagles 17
With all that's gone on this season, it would seem that all is lost and there's no hope for the Bears. I wouldn't blame you if you felt that way, but I feel that the Bears will rebound in a big way in Philly. The Bears will run the ball with success, and the defense will ball out because it'll be fresh.
Jay Zawaski (3-4): Eagles 20, Bears 13
It's not complicated. The Bears aren't very good. I don't have much faith in their ability to put points on the board. I also feel like Howard might go off.
Joe Ostrowski (1-6): Eagles 24, Bears 14
So no credit when you pick the exact score but the wrong 17-16 winner? I did that last week. Tough crowd. I'm not sure how it works when both teams are seeking revenge. The way to beat the Eagles is through the air, but unfortunately the Bears still have Trubisky at quarterback.
Julie DiCaro (5-2): Eagles 24, Bears 17
This Bears team is terrible.
Nick Shepkowski (2-5): Eagles 41, Bears 10
Nagy goes from Coach of the Year to Marc Trestman in two months.
Rick Camp (3-4): Eagles 24, Bears 13
Advantage goes to the team with the better Andy Reid disciple. The Eagles are better on the line of scrimmage and at quarterback. It takes a lot to overcome that, and I don't expect the Bears to be able to do that.
Shane Riordan (3-4): Bears 17, Eagles 10
The only thing that smells fishier than Nagy's relationship with Trubisky is the city of Philadelphia. They literally have a neighborhood called Fishtown. Also, Eli Hershkovich lives there now, and I don't wish anything good for him.
Tony Gill (5-2): Eagles 28, Bears 17
The Bears are terrible. I don't know any other reason. Doug Pederson knows that offense better than Nagy does.
