It's a one-year deal. Holm, 27, had 26 points (seven goals, 19 assists) in 61 regular-season games for Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod of the Kontinental Hockey League last season.
Holm has appeared in one NHL game, that coming with the Vancouver Canucks in the 2017-'18 season.
