(670 The Score) The Bears on Tuesday waived cornerback Tre Roberson with a non-football injury designation.
Roberson suffered an injury while training for the season, a source said. A standout in the Canadian Football League, Roberson was signed by the Bears in January.
The Bears' roster currently stands at 83 players.
