That makes the Jerry Reinsdorf-owned Bulls the fourth-most valuable franchise in the league, per Forbes. The Knicks are the most valuable at $4.0 billion, followed by the Lakers ($3.7 billion) and Warriors ($3.5 billion). The Celtics were fifth at $2.3 billion as the top five most valuable franchises remained the same from a year prior.

However, the Bulls -- who are 12-41 in the second season of a rebuild -- rank 17th in the NBA in attendance by percentage of capacity (95.3). They were 11th in that category last season.
