(670 The Score) Former White Sox outfielder Avisail Garcia has found a new home.
Garcia is closing in one a one-year, $3.5-million deal with the Rays, Ken Rosenthal of the Athletic reported Monday afternoon.
The White Sox non-tendered the 27-year-old Garcia in late November after he disappointed in his five-and-a-half-year tenure in Chicago. Garcia hit .236 with 19 home runs and 49 RBIs over 93 games and 385 plate appearances in 2018 and has a career slash line of .271/.321/.420. He was an All-Star in 2017.
