(670 The Score) The Bears will sign veteran receiver Olamide Zaccheaus to a one-year deal, a source said Thursday evening.
Zaccheaus, 27, had a career-best 45 receptions and three touchdowns in 17 games for the Commanders last season. He played for the Falcons from 2019-'22 and for the Eagles in the 2023 campaign.
Zaccheaus has 149 career receptions and 13 touchdowns over six NFL seasons. He has also played a role on special teams.
The Bears' deal with Zaccheaus marks their first addition at wide receiver under new head coach Ben Johnson's watch. Zaccheaus will fill a role behind top receivers DJ Moore and Rome Odunze.
