Bears guard Teven Jenkins (ribs) misses practice

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) The Bears are dealing with another setback for their starting offensive line.

Bears left guard Teven Jenkins didn't practice Wednesday as he continues to deal with bruised ribs. He exited in the Bears' 24-18 win against the Rams on Sunday and didn't return. The team still views Jenkins as day-to-day.

With Jenkins sidelined, the Bears have shifted Matt Pryor to his position at left guard. Pryor was previously working in at right guard, where Nate Davis has now re-entered as the starter. Davis was benched leading up to last the game Sunday.

Bears tight end Cole Kmet (knee) and pass rusher Montez Sweat (knee) were each limited in their work Wednesday. Cornerback Terell Smith (hip), receiver/returner DeAndre Carter (ribs) and defensive tackle Zacch Pickens (groin) didn't practice.

The Bears (2-2) will host the Panthers (1-3) on Sunday at Soldier Field.
