(104.3 The Score) The Bears are re-signing special-teams ace and reserve defensive lineman Daniel Hardy to a two-year deal worth $5 million, a source said Sunday. NFL Media first reported the news.
Hardy, 27, has been with the Bears since 2023. He spent that first year on the practice squad, then carved out a role on the active roster the last two seasons. Hardy had 22 tackles in 2025, with those primarily coming on special teams.
Hardy has emerged as one of the Bears' most important special teams players. He played 355 snaps on special teams this past season.
