(670 The Score) The Bears have signed veteran tight end Ryan Griffin to a one-year deal, they announced Friday.
Griffin, 32, has 206 career receptions and 14 touchdowns in 119 games with the Texans (2013-'18) and Jets (2019-'21). Griffin hauled in 27 receptions for 261 yards and two touchdowns over 14 games with the Jets last season.
Griffin joins a Bears tight ends group that's led by third-year player Cole Kmet.
