LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears receiver Allen Robinson is dealing with an ankle injury that kept him out of practice Wednesday afternoon.
It's unclear how Robinson suffered the ankle injury. Bears coach Matt Nagy spoke before practice Wednesday but didn't mention the injury. Robinson addressed reporters Tuesday at Halas Hall, and it wasn't evident that he was dealing with an injury.
Robinson, 27, has 17 receptions for 181 yards and a touchdown in five games this season. He has missed just four games since signing with the Bears in 2018.
The Bears also practiced without defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (groin), pass rusher Khalil Mack (foot), tight end Jimmy Graham (rest), tight end J.P. Holtz (quad) and linebacker Caleb Johnson (knee). Running back Damien Williams (foot/knee), receiver Darnell Mooney (groin) and linebacker Christian Jones (back) were each limited in their work.
Prior to practice Wednesday, the Bears placed linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu (torn pectoral) and offensive tackle Germain Ifedi (knee) on injured reserve. Attaochu will undergo season-ending surgery to repair the tear. It's believed that Ifedi can return later this season, Nagy said.
The Bears (3-2) host the Packers (4-1) on Sunday at Soldier Field.
