Bears WR N'Keal Harry suffers apparent left leg injury in practice

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears receiver N'Keal Harry suffered an apparent left leg injury during practice Saturday at Halas Hall.

Harry went down on the first play of team drills during practice. He had to be helped off the field and into Halas Hall for further evaluation.

A first-round pick of the Patriots in 2019, Harry was acquired by the Bears in exchange for a seventh-round pick in a trade in July. He had 58 receptions for 598 yards and four touchdowns over three seasons and 33 games in New England.

The Bears are also anticipating that veteran receiver Byron Pringle will miss time with a quad injury, coach Matt Eberflus said. The team is hopeful it won't be an extended absence. Rookie receiver Velus Jones Jr. and cornerback Kyler Gordon are considered day-to-day with undisclosed injuries.

Bears second-year offensive tackle Teven Jenkins returned to practice Saturday after missing more than a week with an undisclosed injury.

The Bears will practice again Sunday morning before holding an off day Monday.
